d. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure 24/7 platform availability but reserve the right to suspend access for maintenance, upgrades or emergency security patches without prior notice.
e. Fees
BBIS may charge fees for trades, custody, withdrawals, or other services. All fees will be transparently displayed prior to confirmation.
f. Termination
We may terminate services at our discretion, especially in cases of:

Users may close accounts by written request, subject to identity verification.
